Hi. I'm Howard Nead - a highly experienced business executive, coach and charity trustee who focuses on driving growth for businesses, nurturing and mentoring diverse talent and leading by example. I have worked for three of the leading global marketing networks including heading up business development for the No1 growth agency 2018-2020. I now work for a leading organisation supporting SMEs regarding business growth and innovation.

I am a qualified coach with a Foundation in Coaching practice accreditation expanding my skillset to enable me to work most effectively with clients. I have worked on industry bodies including the Institute of Practitioners in Advertising (IPA) and the Bloom Network in the UK to promote learning, equity, diversity and inclusion in the world of advertising.

Outside of work I am married with two grown up children, am a lifelong Arsenal fan, a frustrated golfer and a Patron of The Royal Shakespeare Company. I enjoy fine dining and have travelled to more than 50 countries, with local food always high on the agenda.

I am a Trustee of Calibre Audio, a charity devoted to enriching the life quality and opportunities for people of all age groups with a print disability by providing access to free audio books and content, and to raise awareness of related issues affecting such people.
